Welcome to Battle of the Books!
Once again St. Stanislaus School will be participating in the Battle of the Books Competition at Mater Dolorosa School in May. Mrs. Moran will be forming groups of students in Grades 3 – 8 to compete at the Battle of Books Competition.
Meetings will be held weekly until 3:30pm beginning the week of October 7th.
MEETING DAYS BY GRADE
Monday – Grades 5 & 6
Wednesday – Grade 3
Thursday – Grade 4
Friday – Grades 7 & 8
Participation in Battle of the Books requires students to read books from the Competition’s reading list at their grade level. Students will collect facts and information on these books, keep notes on books read and attend meetings to discuss the books they have read.
